Q. How far in advance should I place an order?

A. Orders are based on a first come first serve basis. The sooner you place your order the sooner we can reserve and guarantee the equipment for your event. To ensure that your rental needs are met, we encourage you to reserve your equipment as soon as you know the date of your event. All reservations should be booked at least 2 weeks prior to your event to ensure availability. We can take your reservations by phone where our experienced event staff can assist you.

Q. Do I have to wash the items I have rented?
A. No.

LINENS: A box is provided to package your soiled linens. Please take care to remove excess food and debris from the linens and chair-covers prior to boxing and returning to us. Linens should be dry and free of moisture. Please be aware that melted wax will damage linens, as well as cigarette burns, and excessive grease stains. We will charge $25.00 for each missing and/or damaged linens.

TABLES & CHAIRS: Should be free from food and debris and "broken down" and re-stacked in a dry place ready for pick-up.

Q. Do you deliver to my area?

A. Mina's Party Rentals offer services of delivery valley wide with low cost delivery rates to Fresno and surrounding areas including Clovis, Sanger, Selma, Reedley, Fowler, Parlier, Kingsburg, and Dinuba.

Q. What are your delivery procedures?
A. We will deliver either the day of the event (depending on the time of the event) or the day before and pick up 1-2 days after the event. You will only be charged a one-day rental rate. We require a 3-hour delivery window. For delivery outside of normal business hours or for a more narrow delivery window, an additional charge may apply.

* Mina’s Party Rentals will deliver and pick up all our equipment from one location on the property; ground level to a dock, door, garage, or yard that is immediately accessible to our trucks (within 75 feet). Please make us aware prior to delivery if our drivers will encounter any stairs, extended carrying, difficult driving terrain, or anything else that may affect the time frame or number of delivery personnel we send. Equipment must be re-stacked and ready for pick-up in the same manner and place as delivered.

Q. Can I get a refund on un-used rental equipment?
A. Unfortunately not, we charge for time out not time used.
